How does the 7-day trial work?
Start the free “7-day Trial” from the purchase screen. Apple records the trial transaction; it does not automatically turn into a paid purchase. During the trial, you can export reports as well as create, edit and photograph jobs.
What happens after 7 days?
Your jobs, photos and notes stay available. Creating jobs, editing and taking photos remain free. Generating a new PDF requires the one-time purchase. PDFs you already generated can still be viewed and shared.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use Restore purchases in the PDF exports purchase screen, signed in to the same Apple Account. Restoring a trial keeps its original start date. Connecting to Apple is required for starting a trial, purchasing and restoring.
Where is my work stored?
Your library and photos are stored on your device. NeatProof does not provide automatic cross-device sync. Use the app’s backup export before changing devices or deleting the app, and keep the exported file somewhere safe. Device backups are managed separately by iOS and your settings.
How do I make a report?
Open a job, add rooms and pair your before and after photos. Add checklist results, notes and any annotations. Choose your logo, paper size and layout in report settings, then preview the report and use the share sheet to save or send the PDF.
Why can’t I take or select a photo?
Allow camera access in iOS Settings to take photos. You can also select individual photos using the system photo picker. Photos stored only in iCloud may need a connection to download.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles purchases and refunds. Visit Apple’s purchase support for eligible requests.
